Thursday 11-2-17 Lower Body Workout
Thursday's Lower Body Workout (VIDEO OF MOVEMENTS IN LINK BELOW)
1) 5 rounds of the following:
- 6 deadlifts
- 12 reverse dumbbell lunges(6 each side)
- 10 burpee to pull up
2) Then, 6 rounds of 30 secs work/ 20 secs rest of the following:
- banded hip thrusters
- jumping lunges
