  • 5x5x55% box squats + bands 25%
  • deadlifts 7x2x60%

Then

4 rounds of: 

  • 6 front SSB SQUATS
  • 6 DB curtsy squats *each side 

4 rounds of: 

  • 10 banded glute kick back *each side 
  • 10 banded “fire hydrants” *each side

end with 100 banded walks
